These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk32 platform. By registering an account and accessing any part of pk32.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk32 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk32 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk32 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk32 support immediately at support@pk32.pro. pk32 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict or freeze account activity pending resolution.
pk32 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless a USDT crypto option is explicitly selected by the player. Amounts displayed throughout the platform reflect PKR values unless otherwise labelled.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your pk32 account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. pk32 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within 1 to 4 hours of request approval, subject to completed KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. USDT withdrawals are processed within 2–6 hours depending on network conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified CNIC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
pk32 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements ("hedging"), and exploiting technical errors or misquoted odds. All sports bets placed on pk32 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of pk32.pro. In general, the following principles apply:

Upon receiving a closure request, pk32 will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) and close the account within 5 business days. pk32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Nothing in this clause shall limit pk32's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent immediate harm to the platform or its users.
